*CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

A full refund will be granted only within 24 hours of payment.
After 24 hours of payment, your deposit of $400 USD is non-refundable, but can be applied to other trainings by Karen Reifinger. The same amount can be transferred to friends or family for training with Karen Reifinger.
Terms expire March 2011, after which credit is non-transferable.

All refunds will be offered in the form of a check or credit voucher and sent by snail mail within 45 days after the closing of the event that the tuition was applied to.
