Huna Mua  Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Residential Type Training & Retreats

$500 Non-Refundable Deposit

If you need to cancel 61-90 days before the retreat, you can receive a refund in the amount of 50% of your deposit as credit towards another program or service offered by Huna Mua Wellness. Credit must be used within 1 year of cancellation.

If you cancel 60 days or less before the retreat, you are not eligible for any refund or credit.

Please understand that most expenses to organize a retreat are due as much as 60 days in advance. After this deadline of 60 days, we are not able to issue a refund or transfer your payment to another program. 



Workshops, Programs & Events

Deposit amount varies according to event. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel 8-14 days prior to the event, there is no refund. You can receive credit towards another workshop, program or service offered by Huna Mua Wellness. Credit must be used within 1 year of cancellation.

If you cancel 7 days or less before the event, you forfeit your deposit and no refund or credit will be issued.



Other Cancellations

Should the event or program attendance not meet the minimum capacity required to adequately and effectively facilitate and instruct the event or program, or the event is cancelled due to existing or pending natural causes that may affect the safety of the participants or jeopardize appropriate facilitation of the event or program, or medical emergency, 100% of the deposit can be transferred to another workshop, program or service offered by Huna Mua Wellness. Amount may also be transferred to another individual with approval by an officer of Huna Mua Wellness. Credit must be used within 1 year of cancellation or any remaining amount will be forfeited.



Wellness Session Cancellations

Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out necessary paperwork and allow yourself a few moments to relax.

Late Arrivals:

If your delay is 10-15 minutes or more, we may have to shorten your session by that amount of time. Full price will be charged for the actual scheduled time.

Cancellation:

Respectfully give us a 24 hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. Phone, email or text is acceptable.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. If you are redeeming a gift certificate, pre-paid session or wellness package, the cost of the session will be deducted from the amount remaining in your package.

If you have cancelled your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or have failed to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be asked to guarantee future appointments with payment in advance by credit card.

We do understand emergencies and illness occurs. Weather is unpredictable as well. In these circumstances, please feel free to call and reschedule your appointment with no additional fee.
